When I arrived at the hotel, the room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector, and the A/C setting was loud and cold, making it hard to adjust when it was late. After talking to the front desk, I was still dealing with a hot room in 333. Despite the initial hiccups, the location was perfect for exploring Universal Studios with a short Uber ride, and I could easily walk to my seminar in just 5 minutes. The hotel's proximity to Target and major shopping centers was convenient, but the dining options could have been more varied and reasonably priced.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located, making it easy to reach my desired destinations. The staff were quite welcoming and helpful, ensuring our stay was pleasant.
